At LOLO Online Shopping, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer returns and refunds based on the following policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return for products purchased from LOLO Online Shopping under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Intimate or sanitary goods (such as underwear, swimwear, or personal hygiene products).
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at contact@lolo.com.bd or call us at 01328232298 within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if applicable).

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was sent.
4. Inspection and Approval of Returns
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will notify you via email or phone.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process a refund within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the product. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Refunds for Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to the same credit/debit card used for the original transaction.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@lolo.com.bd or 01328232298. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, for the return of defective items.
8. Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted, but you may return the item once received by following our return process.
